The Park at TrowbridgeHousing Association Notice
- Recently in several houses in our community water leaks have been discovered between county water pipe and the houses. HOA Board plans to check all the properties (at the front lawn) starting next Wednesday with no charge to homeowners. Results will be provided after that check is completed. In case you want to opt out please inform HOA Board using e-mail address you can find below prior to next Wednesday, May 23rd 2012.
- On May 9th, 2012 the Park at Trowbridge Home Owners Association formally assigned board members. The position of President is Michael Lordo, Vice-President Nancy Boswinkle, Treasurer Atlee Wampler, Secretary Andrew Meshkov, and At-Large Sydell Kalnitz and Angela Conliffe. During this meeting the board reviewed the budget and expenses, neighborhood issues and improvements, and goals for the community. The HOA determined the following as immediate objectives: 1) the reduction of the noise and lighting at the North Springs High School field area 2) the establishment of a Neighborhood Watch and improving security 3) increasing community activities 4) and bettering the esthetics of the subdivision.
- The resolution to two important areas is the installation of a new fence at the north end of the subdivision. The existing white fence has significantly deteriorated. It is not consistent in style or color to the fence located on south side of the property. The board plans on building a scalloped, brown fence that will extend to the brick entrance. Thereby, limiting access from car and pedestrian traffic and view and also improving the look of the subdivision. The estimated cost for the project is $12,000 to $13,000. Other identified priorities for the neighborhood are currently being addressed and residents will be updated on their status.
- On June the 9th at 5:00 pm, the HOA board members would like to invite you to a neighborhood meet and greet. This gathering will give the residents an opportunity to meet their HOA representatives, provide a forum for feedback regarding planned projects and the board’s pursuits and also be a time to just gather and have fun. Refreshments, wine, and appetizers will be provided. So please come and feel free to bring one of your favorite dishes or desserts. We look forward to serving and seeing you! The event will be held at the Northern Cul-de-Sac.
