Don't be a good neighbor, be a GREAT neighbor

Hi Neighbors,
By now, you've hopefully received a letter or an email from the HOA or seen the Facebook post from our Treasurer. If you did not receive an email, please reach out to [email protected] to ensure your email address is added to the distribution list.

In short, the HOA has observed and been notified of violations to our Rules and Regulations as it pertains to pets, parking, and the upkeep of our community (specifically garbage cans left out and things left in front of the houses). 

Please consider that what may be a small nuisance to you, can become a major issue as sights, smells, and sounds intrude into the tranquility of our homes, introduce safety concerns and impact the perceived value of our property.  

Please read the attached letter and if any of the observations apply to your residence, please take corrective action immediately.

We do not wish to be punitive and hope that all will take this in the spirit of being a good neighbor. However, further violations will result in fines.
