This coming Wednesday, September 23rd a large crane will be brought into the neighborhood to remove some large diseased trees. In the morning the crane will be in front of 195 Fieldsborn ct. When the hydraulic supports are in place the road will be completely blocked to traffic. Therefore, if you will need to get out of the neighborhood that day, please move your vehicles to the North end of the street. Please only park on the same side of the street as the houses.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON BOTH SIDES. Later in the day the crane will move to the north end to remove the dying cypress trees. We apologize for this inconvenience. However, these need to be removed for the safety of homeowners.

As a global community, we're all aware of the COVID-19 pandemic. TPAT HOA hopes everyone's friends and families have had limited impacts and are staying healthy.
Locally, there have been impacts of a different kind. If you've traveled outside of our community at all, you've definitely noticed the construction happening at the intersection of Trowbridge Rd. and Dalrymple. This was a big discussion topic at our June HOA meeting. Please visit the meeting notes under the HOA tab for details. For a larger overview of the project, please visit the Spalding Drive, Trowbridge and Dalrymple Intersection update on the Sandy Springs .gov site here. Additionally, there is continued transformation of our city and surrounding area. Please visit this page for an overview of all of the Sandy Springs transportation improvements.
