Welcome to our new site

Hi neighbors! Were you a Google Site user? We are transitioning from that site to house all things "TPAT" on this new web presence to broaden our community communication and create an inclusive atmosphere. We are in process of adding more content to the site, especially in this News section and to the Events Calendar so please check back. 

If you missed your green door hanger of information this weekend - here are some things to know:

• Save the Date: Our Annual HOA meeting will be the 2nd Tuesday in September from now on, barring any conflicts with holidays.
• Let's get together! Our 2 semi-annual socials will return on the 2nd Saturday in April and September, barring holidays (check our calendar under Events for actual dates)
• Please remove fecal matter that your pet may leave during dog walks. It is the law. Please do NOT bury it.
• We hope you noticed the freshly cleaned curbs. If you would like to hire the handyman for your driveway or house to be pressure washed, please contact Atlee Wampler.
