This coming Wednesday, September 23rd a large crane will be brought into the neighborhood to remove some large diseased trees. In the morning the crane will be in front of 195 Fieldsborn ct. When the hydraulic supports are in place the road will be completely blocked to traffic. Therefore, if you will need to get out of the neighborhood that day, please move your vehicles to the North end of the street. Please only park on the same side of the street as the houses.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON BOTH SIDES. Later in the day the crane will move to the north end to remove the dying cypress trees. We apologize for this inconvenience. However, these need to be removed for the safety of homeowners.

As a global community, we're all aware of the COVID-19 pandemic. TPAT HOA hopes everyone's friends and families have had limited impacts and are staying healthy.
Locally, there have been impacts of a different kind. If you've traveled outside of our community at all, you've definitely noticed the construction happening at the intersection of Trowbridge Rd. and Dalrymple. This was a big discussion topic at our June HOA meeting. Please visit the meeting notes under the HOA tab for details. For a larger overview of the project, please visit the Spalding Drive, Trowbridge and Dalrymple Intersection update on the Sandy Springs .gov site here. Additionally, there is continued transformation of our city and surrounding area. Please visit this page for an overview of all of the Sandy Springs transportation improvements. Want to make your voice heard at the city level? Check out this calendar of Sandy Springs public meetings. Hi Neighbors, By now, you've hopefully received a letter or an email from the HOA or seen the Facebook post from our Treasurer. If you did not receive an email, please reach out to [email protected] to ensure your email address is added to the distribution list. In short, the HOA has observed and been notified of violations to our Rules and Regulations as it pertains to pets, parking, and the upkeep of our community (specifically garbage cans left out and things left in front of the houses). Please consider that what may be a small nuisance to you, can become a major issue as sights, smells, and sounds intrude into the tranquility of our homes, introduce safety concerns and impact the perceived value of our property. Please read the attached letter and if any of the observations apply to your residence, please take corrective action immediately. We do not wish to be punitive and hope that all will take this in the spirit of being a good neighbor. However, further violations will result in fines. Please review the details in the attached and if any of the observations apply to your residence, please take corrective action immediately. Thank you for your attention to this matter. ![]()
Hi neighbors,
You probably came home tonight and wondered why do we have pink flags lining our street? Your neighborhood webmaster wanted to channel her inner news journalist and investigate! There's a simple answer...our irrigation system has had some issues over the past years and today's maintenance check indicated many problems, including leaks. Problems range from broken sprinkler heads to leaky pipe fittings. Each flag is marking a leak. The HOA board is currently reviewing the situation, but we can at least answer the pink flag mystery. Please be sure to not move the flags until the system has been repaired. Timing TBD. Have a great week, TPAT Webmaster
